What this file is about
Self-Esteem is for the layer where a running commentary keeps saying you're not quite right — not quite enough — and the pre-apology lands before you even speak. The session doesn't fight that voice head-on. It's mindset audio aimed at the fog itself: the heaviness that covers what was already there, and the warmth underneath that knows how to find the light again.
What we'll guide you through
From breath-led settling into a gentle descent, you'll meet the scorekeeper as weather, not data — something that was trying to keep you safe, not something you have to obey. Integration holds space for a quieter relationship with yourself: less weighing-in, less adding to the list of what's wrong, more room for what already counts as enough.
- Catch the scorecard mid-thought without having to win the argument on willpower alone.
- Let a compliment land without deflecting it — receive without immediately auditing.
- Try again tomorrow without treating the day as a final verdict on your worth.
How the sitting is structured
You'll recognise the Animah pacing: stabilization, guided induction and deepening, focused rewrite, integration, emergence — collectively 25 minutes. One pass per sitting preserves the relational build with your own nervous system.

How to use this file
Recommended rhythm
Listen three times weekly for at least one month (twelve repetitions minimum) before reassessing — fog-pattern rewiring listens to repetition. Stay with this file rather than hopping between unrelated tracks during that first month unless your own clinician suggests a different pacing.
